Trail Run - Connor Trail

Connor Trail
Connor Trail behind OHSU. Truth be told I only ran down the trail ... and only ran a little part of it. Returning to the top was at a walking pace. :)

  1. That looks like a nice trail.

I figured you'd have had the mountain bike out there.

Good to have a post you. Hope you and Ron are doing well.

    1. It is a nice trail, but steep in spots and sharp switchbacks. Too scary for me to try on a mtn. bike :)

  2. That's a great trail. A few years back we dragged a bunch of family members out there and this trail was the last leg. There were lots of complaints and even more banana slugs....

    1. Hi Richard,
Should have known you already hiked this trail. Yep, I spotted at least three slugs, and I wasn't even looking for them. There are a ton of trails in this area.

    1. Hi Dom
Nah, not work at all. I'm sure you could find a nice trail or two to give it a try!

    1. No bike, but I have big plans for a couple of my other bikes - honey-do projects ;) Ron will wish he just bought the bike!

  5. My trail running is mostly walking to be honest. Downhill a bit faster though. Good for you to keep active ;-)

    1. Hi Sonja
      yeah, me too. :)
I only run downhill, and only sometimes. Too many things to stop and look at, take pictures of, that sort of thing.

  6. Hedgehog, bear or bumblebee? You must be one of these, as you appear to have been hibernating all winter....

  7. Hi Gary
Ron would say bear, as in grumpy as...
I say bumble bee. They're cute and furry, stealthy, fast, and carry a nice stinger! I like that. :)
