Finley Wildlife Refuge - Short Stroll

Wasn’t planning anything today but Ron said it’s too nice out to work on the house, so off we go straight into the fog. Really? We left sunshine for fog? Dense gloomy fog no less. South looked promising so we ventured on down to Finley wildlife refuge for a short stroll along the boardwalk. Right on the edge of the fog we finally found some sunshine for our walk.

Hmmm, looks almost like my neck of the woods. Love the boardwalks.

Hi Richard,
Yes it is a nice walk. This time of year the ground below is flooded. I think that's the most interesting time to walk it, but in summer when it's dry you can extend the hike out into the wetlands and go for miles.

Thank you Sonja,
I enjoy doing black and white photography. This time of year really lends itself to black and white.
