Sublimity Hills: The Tarmac Edition

Sublimity Hills again: the tarmac edition. We started in some mist, but the sun came out before the end. Legs are toasted, but I love riding this area. Not many pics today.

What's that "top of a lighthouse" looking structure next to the church?

Hmm, I’m not sure. I’ll see if I can find out.

I asked about the church building on a local history page. My first thought was a water tower. There are a number of these odd buildings around that are just that. This one is actually a bell tower. The church steeple has a single bell and the outbuilding has three bells. They ring each day for mass.
